Crafted in factory-owned facilities with hands-on quality control at every stage of production. The domestic upholstery program, based in North Carolina, builds each piece to order using precision-cut frames and individually tailored coverings. Choose from a curated selection of fabrics and leathers to personalize your piece, or provide your own material for a truly custom result.
Vacuum upholstered surfaces regularly with a soft brush attachment, paying attention to seams and crevices. Rotate and fluff loose cushions regularly to maintain even wear and shape. Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can spread the stain or damage the fibres. For spot cleaning, use a small amount of mild detergent in lukewarm water, testing on a hidden area first. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade fabric over time. For deeper cleaning or stubborn stains, professional upholstery cleaning is recommended.
Shipping & White Glove
This piece is delivered white glove: scheduled in advance, brought to the room of your choice, fully assembled, packaging removed.
A two-person team handles placement and setup, and your piece is inspected together with you before they leave.

Available throughout the continental United States. For deliveries outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations, shipping quotes are available upon request.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense; we help arrange proper transit.
If your piece arrives with damage from transit, note it on the transit documents at the time of delivery and send photos to info@egahome.com within 24 hours. We will repair the piece at no cost to you, replace it if repair is not possible, or refund it in full if neither can be done.
