14-Day Price Promise

What This Means

If a price drops on any item within 14 days of your purchase, we will credit you the difference. No expiration windows, no sale exclusions, no haggling. You pay the lower price, whichever day you bought.

Most retailers charge one price when you check out and a lower price three days later when they run a promotion. We think that is not fair, so we do not do it.

What Is Covered

• All in-stock items purchased at regular price
• All made-to-order items within 14 days of order placement
• Price drops on the same item, same configuration (size, finish, fabric)

What Is Not Covered

• Prices already purchased at a promotional or discounted rate
• Trade account pricing (managed separately through your trade agreement)
• Price differences due to a different item, size, or configuration

Why We Offer This

Furniture is a significant purchase. When you are deciding whether to buy, the last thing you should be worrying about is whether the price will drop tomorrow. This policy removes that hesitation completely.

Marketplaces run flash sales, promotional codes, and price drops without notifying customers who already paid. We think buyers who trust us with a $3,000 or $8,000 purchase deserve better than that.
