Ming Style Low Coffee Table in Antique White Pine

Antique white does something unexpected to this Ming style low coffee table - the chow legs and waisted apron, usually read as dark and formal, turn breezy, almost coastal, without losing a line of the original geometry.

It is built of pine with the finish rubbed through at the wear points, so edges and leg curves show a little wood beneath the paint. The top is a full 57 inch square at 18 inches high, one of the largest single surfaces we offer at coffee height.

Scale it against a big sectional or a pair of long sofas. In a white or sand-toned room it nearly disappears; against dark floors it becomes the brightest thing at floor level.
