This finely inlaid mahogany center table shows the bold craftsmanship and decorative style of mid-19th-century English design. Its circular top is made from dark, richly grained mahogany, with a sturdy profile and subtle marquetry inlay that adds a touch of elegance. The deep, curved apron gives the table a solid look, in line with the Victorian taste for both strength and decoration.

At the center, the table features an elaborately carved pedestal with acanthus and leaf designs, leading down to a wide, stepped base decorated with palmette patterns.
