Description
Few chair forms wrap the sitter like a Georgian tufted barrel wingchair - a high, curved back that holds warmth the way the originals were built to do beside a fire. This one is upholstered in cappuccino aniline leather, deep-tufted across the entire inside so the light breaks over it in rows.
Brass nailheads follow every seam, and the turned front legs finish in casters, the period detail that let a chair be swung toward the hearth. The hide is aniline dyed, so the shade varies subtly across the piece the way only unpigmented leather can.
At 30 inches wide it takes a corner of a library or the fireplace end of a living room, and it is the chair guests will not give back.
Color variation is common and acceptable on vintage leather.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense; we help arrange proper transit.
If your piece arrives with damage from transit, note it on the transit documents at the time of delivery and send photos to hello@egahome.com within 24 hours. We will repair the piece at no cost to you, replace it if repair is not possible, or refund it in full if neither can be done.
