The green shagreen wrapping this Art Deco shagreen side chest was a signature of 1920s Paris - embossed leather pebbled like ray skin, set over small case pieces on polished metal. This two-drawer chest revives the formula at bedside scale, 22 inches wide and 24 high, in a leaf green that reads rich rather than loud.
