At EGA Home, white glove in-home delivery is our standard. That means a scheduled appointment, a professional crew, and someone at EGA who is accountable for your order from start to finish.
What to Expect
The EGA Delivery Process
Here is what our standard white glove delivery looks like, step by step.
Scheduled Appointment
You receive a confirmed delivery date and a four-hour arrival window. You will receive a call ahead of time to confirm, so there are no surprises on either side.
Professional Two-Person Crew
Your delivery is handled by a trained two-person team. They have the experience and the equipment to move large, heavy, or fragile pieces safely.
Room-of-Choice Placement
The piece goes where you want it. The crew will position and reposition until you are satisfied, before they leave.
Full Unpack and Assembly
Every piece is unwrapped, inspected, and assembled on-site. All packing materials leave with the crew. Nothing is left for you to handle.
Walk-Through Before We Leave
Before the team departs, you walk through the delivery together. Any concern is noted and addressed on the spot, not weeks later over a claims process.
One Person Accountable
There is a person at EGA responsible for your order. If something comes up before, during, or after delivery, call 855-899-3466 and reach someone who knows your order.

What is your standard delivery service?
Our standard is white glove in-home delivery: scheduled appointment, professional two-person crew, room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and packaging removal.
How far in advance will I know my delivery date?
Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, you will receive a courtesy call to confirm your scheduled delivery date and ensure the timing is convenient for you.
What if there is a problem with my piece at delivery?
We do a walk-through with you before the crew leaves. Any concern is documented on the spot and handled directly by us. You will not be managing a claims process on your own.
Do you deliver to all 50 states?
We deliver across the contiguous United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, or international inquiries, call 855-899-3466 and we will work out the details.
Can you work around my schedule?
Yes. When we contact you to schedule, we work around your availability. If you have timing constraints, let us know and we will coordinate.
