Each piece is produced to order and ships via international freight carrier. Every order is unique and every destination has different requirements, so we prepare a tailored shipping quote with each order. That lets us recommend the right carrier, service level, and timeline for your specific piece and location.
Standard delivery is curbside via international freight. If additional handling is needed, like inside delivery or assembly help, just let us know and we'll build it into your quote.
Our team will coordinate every step with you directly, from production updates through final delivery.
Returns
All orders from our London workshop are made to order and final sale. Each piece is produced individually to your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or returned. We review every detail with you before production starts so you're confident in what you're ordering.
If your piece arrives with damage from transit, note it on the transit documents at the time of delivery and send photos to info@egahome.com within 24 hours. We will repair the piece at no cost to you, replace it if repair is not possible, or refund it in full if neither can be done.
