Treat with a quality leather conditioner every six to twelve months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, which can dry out and fade the hide over time. Keep sharp objects, buckles, and pet claws away from the surface. Natural markings, pores, and subtle colour variation are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense; we help arrange proper transit.

If your piece arrives with damage from transit, note it on the transit documents at the time of delivery and send photos to hello@egahome.com within 24 hours. We will repair the piece at no cost to you, replace it if repair is not possible, or refund it in full if neither can be done.
