Completely Made in USA, with traditional 8-way hand-tied construction, and US grown - toxin-free - kiln-dried solid frames.

Materials & Care
Proudly made in the USA in Hickory, North Carolina. Frames are built from kiln-dried, sustainably harvested American maple using traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery. Springs are eight-way hand-tied using recycled materials with lead-free coatings. All cushioning is fire-retardant free and CertiPUR-US certified. Finishing materials are carcinogen-free, and all adhesives are water-based, ultra-low VOC, and formaldehyde-free. Choose from a wide range of fabrics and leathers, or provide your own material.
Wipe spills immediately with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow the leather to air dry naturally. For routine care, dust with a clean dry cloth. Treat with a quality leather conditioner every six to twelve months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, which can dry out and fade the hide over time. Keep sharp objects, buckles, and pet claws away from the surface. Natural markings, pores, and subtle colour variation are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects.

If your piece arrives with damage from transit, note it on the transit documents at the time of delivery and send photos to hello@egahome.com within 24 hours. We will repair the piece at no cost to you, replace it if repair is not possible, or refund it in full if neither can be done.
