Pink Leather Box, Set of 2

This Pink Leather Box comes as a pair, both covered in a smooth shagreen embossed leather, which is a vivid fuchsia rather than anything soft or dusty. A small brass knob sits at the center of each lid, the only hardware and the only point of contrast on either box. The two are matched in size and finish, so they sit side by side or stack one on the other.

Each box measures 12 inches wide, 6 inches deep and 3 inches high. The shallow height keeps sightlines open across a console, and the length takes the things that otherwise drift loose - remotes, reading glasses, correspondence, playing cards, or pens and clips on a desk beside a laptop. Two together will cover a hall table and a bedside table at the same time.

Fuchsia reads best against restraint: a pale console, a dark wood desk, a run of neutral spines on a shelf.
