Clean with warm water and a pH-neutral soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid all acidic cleaners. Even vinegar or lemon juice can permanently etch the surface. Do not place hot items directly on stone. Natural variation in colour, veining, and texture is a characteristic of genuine material, not a defect.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense; we help arrange proper transit.
If your piece arrives with damage from transit, note it on the transit documents at the time of delivery and send photos to hello@egahome.com within 24 hours. We will repair the piece at no cost to you, replace it if repair is not possible, or refund it in full if neither can be done.
