Each piece is produced to order and ships via international freight carrier. Every order is unique and every destination has different requirements, so we prepare a tailored shipping quote with each order. That lets us recommend the right carrier, service level, and timeline for your specific piece and location.

Standard delivery is curbside via international freight. If additional handling is needed, like inside delivery or assembly help, just let us know and we'll build it into your quote.

Our team will coordinate every step with you directly, from production updates through final delivery.

Returns

All orders from our London workshop are made to order and non-refundable. Each piece is produced individually to your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or returned. We review every detail with you before production starts so you're confident in what you're ordering.

If your piece arrives with any damage, please notify us at the time of delivery. We will coordinate repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Natural stone is porous and will absorb liquids if not treated promptly. Always use coasters for beverages and wipe spills immediately with a soft dry cloth. Clean with warm water and a pH-neutral soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid all acidic cleaners. Even vinegar or lemon juice can permanently etch the surface. Do not place hot items directly on stone. Natural variation in colour, veining, and texture is a characteristic of genuine material, not a defect.

Every piece in our collection is chosen with intention. Not by algorithm, not by volume, not by what's trending this season.

We look for furniture built to outlast the room it lives in. Pieces with real joinery, genuine materials, and the kind of construction that holds up decades from now. If it doesn't meet that bar, it doesn't make the collection.

When you buy from EGA Home, you're working with people who know this catalog personally. The lead times, the finishes, the details worth asking about. Our team is here before, during, and after your purchase.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to. We think you'll feel it.
