Large Swedish Neo Classic Lantern presents an elegant expression of 18th-century neoclassical design, combining refined ornamentation with a compact, architectural silhouette. A sculpted leaf-tip crown rises above graceful scrolling supports, framing a balanced hexagonal body adorned with classical bowknots, tassels, and bellflower swags that reflect the period’s decorative restraint and symmetry.

Executed in warm brass, the lantern is further distinguished by a pierced Greek key gallery at the base, finished with delicate drop finials that lend visual lightness and historical depth. Designed for intimate halls, stairwells, or refined entry spaces, it delivers both functional illumination and timeless decorative appeal. Supplied with 39 inches of chain for versatile installation.

Our lighting is crafted from the finest materials and finished by hand. For brass fixtures, dust regularly with a soft, dry lint-free cloth. Most brass is not lacquered — it has been chemically aged and finished with pure beeswax for depth and character that matures beautifully over time. Avoid excessive handling, as natural oils from skin can affect the surface. For nickel, bronze, silver, or chrome finishes, use a dry cloth only with no chemical cleaners. For alabaster components, dust with a soft brush only and never use water or water-based cleaners. For glass elements, isopropyl alcohol works best. For lampshades, gently dust card or laminated shades with a feather duster, and for silk shades, tap gently to lift dust.
